Minimum Qualifications:

1+ year of current experience selling contract IT / Engineering staffing services.

2-3+ additional years of high tech recruiting experience or B2B sales.

Current income of $75K+ in a commission based environment.

Experienced and successful enough to know that contract staffing sales is the right business for you

Smart enough to realize the long term value of switching to the right agency - now

Confident enough to actually do it.
